Frame a single photograph
Use Framing in Edit to give one photograph its finished presentation.
Crop decides what remains in the photograph. Framing decides how that photograph sits inside the delivered canvas. The Framing card stays in Edit, while multi-page compositions live in Layouts.
The method
Step by step.
- Finish rotation, perspective, and crop in Edit. Changing the crop ratio preserves committed geometry.
- Open Framing on the right and choose the intended canvas ratio.
- Choose a border treatment and adjust its amount. Inspect the photograph on all sides.
- Use the Export card and your Export Preset for single-image delivery. Set a default export preset to reuse your preferred settings.
- For multiple photographs or a spread across pages, switch to Layouts. Page Spread is no longer part of Edit.

Do not confuse the surrounding viewing background with the frame that will be exported.
